Built in 2006 in Lakeville, MN., an elaborate home studio built during new home construction in collaboration with GC. Control room, performance space, iso booth and sound lock in a purpose built location below the garage. Isolated slab construction, double shell with outer shell of poured concrete and pre-stressed concrete lid.
