Built in 1988-89, A large multi-studio complex, consisting of Studio A, a mix / control room with a large live room with an isolated piano room, Studio B, control room, iso booth and private lounge / office area for owners Terry Lewis and Jimmy Jam Harris, studio C, a small control room iso booth combo, Studio D- a mix room and iso booth, a rehearsal stage  studio, much office and lounge space, tech shop, game room, office space.

Construction supervision of Westlake Audio design. Rehearsal studio design & consulting, studio glass, doors, acoustical treatment.
